• Timestamps of when links are created and triggered

• Send you email notifications when your help link is triggered
• Manage your help links (creation, disabling)
• Improve the service

We never share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose.

Data retention

Your help links and associated data are stored as long as they remain active. When you disable a link, it is marked as inactive but not deleted from our database for record-keeping purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Secure database storage
• Unique disable tokens for link management

Your rights

You can disable your help links at any time using the disable link provided when you create a link.

To request deletion of all data associated with a specific email address, please send your request to hello@lifeline.rest.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
